This property is located in a conservation area of St. john’s Wood, one of the most charming district of London and it has been completed with the collaboration with Steven Constanti. The planning permission was already granted and Bassiano coordinated all the documentation for the Building Control and the construction phase.

This project involved the redecoration of this three storey semi detached house and the construction of a mezzanine level in the existing master bedroom which comprehended double height ceiling. The mezzanine comprehends one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sits above a walk in wardrobe which gives access to the ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom.
