In the heart of the Pimlico Conservation Area, we undertook a comprehensive redevelopment of a traditional Victorian property, focusing on maximizing both space and asset value.

The project's centerpiece was the ambitious rear first floor extension, where we successfully added an entire additional storey. This structural expansion allowed for the complete remodelling of a compact first-floor studio into a spacious, light-filled two-bedroom apartment. By doubling the bedroom count, we significantly increased the property’s market valuation and appeal.

Simultaneously, the ground floor flat underwent a full-scale refurbishment, bringing modern luxury to the heritage setting. Navigating the strict aesthetic guidelines of the conservation area required a meticulous selection of materials and sensitive design.
