This property is part of a large four storey semi detached victorian house within the Sloane/Stanley conservation area of the Royal Borough of Chelsea and Kensington in South West London.

 

We assisted the client with the Planning Application and Building Control and the supervision of the construction works on site. 

 

This extension project involved several structural works, the refurbishment and remodelling of the flat,  creating an open plan, the addition of one bedroom, a rear extension and the make-over of the garden.
